Who are they?

Skylight is a national not for profit trust that enables children, young people, their family, whānau and friends to navigate through times of trauma, loss and grief.

What can you expect when you contact them?

Skylight offers a free service to anyone going through a difficult time and would like some information and advice sent to them. They provide a personalised pack of information for yourself and anyone in your home or close to you that is effected by the situation.

Skylight will ask you to first fill out a small form with your details and briefly describe your situation so they can get a better understand of what you will need. Please include the ages of any children or young people you as well. They will send you anything that they think might be helpful, and the pack can be posted anywhere in New Zealand.


All information that you provide will be kept confidential.

They will contact you if they need to clarify any details, otherwise they will send the personalised pack directly to you within 7 working days.
