LIVE Chat (with Youthline)

If you need someone to talk to now or you’re looking for some one on one advice, use the Youthline GoChat, txt, or phone number to talk to a trained counsellor for free.

Who are they?

Youthline is an organisation that works with young people, their families and those supporting young people.

What can you expect when you contact them?

Youthline’s GoChat, email, free text and phone number services are there for you when you need someone to talk to.

Youthline is the perfect place to contact if you are needing a kind knowledgeable person to talk you through your situation and the situation of the person you are supporting. Even if you find yourself in a waiting room and you need someone to chat to but don’t know who to call, give them a call.

“If you phone, TXT or email us we will not judge or criticise you or tell you what to do. We might ask you how you are feeling and invite you to talk about your feelings.  We provide a safe and accepting environment to give you the time and space that you need to talk if you want to. You do not have to be in a crisis situation to ring. People call for all sorts of reasons; because they feel alone, or because they lost someone they care for, others because they are having difficulties making their relationships work.” – The Youthline team
